With over three decades of experience in Biotechnology and Health Sciences, Tom has held key roles, including Sales Rep, Reginal Sales Manager, Director of Sales & Marketing, Senior Director of Corporate Sales Training, Senior Vice President of Corporate Accounts, and Senior Strategic Leadership positions in various Mergers & Acquisitions. One of his many notable achievements included helping a recent, yet challenging, acquisition grow from $40M to over $270M in just three years.
In addition to his corporate expertise, Tom is a husband, father and grandfather. He has served as a teacher, facilitator, and speaker, drawing on his background in biology and healthcare. He teaches basic Biology, Microbiology and works as a Career Coach, bringing a passion for Lifelong Learning while mentoring others in their personal and professional growth. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree and a Masters in Business Administration.
